King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard withdraw from Bluesfest 2023
King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard have withdrawn from this year's Bluesfest. The band announced the news on their Instagram page Monday afternoon.
"As a band and as human beings, we stand against misogyny, racism, transphobia and violence," the band said in a statement.
"Surprised and saddened to see Bluesfest commit to presenting content that is in complete opposition to these values"
